Vivo is reportedly launching a new sub-brand for smartphones called Jovi in 2025, according to recent reports. The sub-brand is said to debut with three devices, although they might be rebranded versions of existing Vivo models. The Vivo Y300 is expected to launch in China on December 16, marking the start of Vivo’s new sub-brand. Following the trend set by other Chinese manufacturers like Redmi, Poco, and Realme, Vivo’s Jovi aims to cater to a different segment of the market. While the brand name may sound familiar due to Vivo’s AI assistant, Jovi is set to evolve into its own standalone smartphone brand. However, nothing is confirmed until an official announcement is made.
