oyota has announced the upcoming reveal of a new electric crossover on March 11, teasing a sleek fastback design with bold curves and a low roofline. The model appears to be the production version of the 2022 bZ Compact SUV concept, though Toyota has not confirmed its official name. The company hints at “surprising” space, comfort, and versatility, aiming to appeal to drivers who seek more than just a practical EV.

While Toyota remains tight-lipped on specifications, the crossover is expected to be smaller than the current bZ4X, measuring 4.54m in length and 1.56m in height, based on the concept. It may also share powertrain options with Toyota’s Urban Cruiser EV, which offers 49 kWh and 61 kWh batteries, producing between 142 hp and 182 hp. Toyota might also drop the “bZ” branding in favor of a new name.
