EA has confirmed that the next Battlefield game will be officially revealed this summer, with a full launch planned before April 2026. The news dropped via EA’s latest financial report for Q4 of its 2025 fiscal year, alongside fresh updates about the return of Skate, which is also due out within the same timeframe.

EA CEO Andrew Wilson emphasized that Battlefield’s reveal marks a “pivotal step” for the company as it eyes a big year ahead. Wilson expressed confidence in EA’s robust content lineup, citing Battlefield as a major milestone in their next wave of blockbuster games.

The financial report also highlighted that EA’s 2026 fiscal performance will lean heavily on its EA Sports portfolio, The Sims, Battlefield, and Skate. Meanwhile, Battlefield Labs playtesting is expanding in May, inviting more players especially in Asia and rolling out fresh content. EA previously teased that Skate will hit early access sometime this year, but a full launch date remains under wraps.
