Although this is not as good as a dedicated performance plugin (which they do provide), it will get you started.

The main concerns that I saw were with the resources for the basic plans – you could claim that you are paying less, but you do get a little less resources when compared to competitors like Bluehost.
There have been complaints regarding the delayed response and substantial hitches in issue resolution from a select clients, who have even cited lost backups and uninstalled plugins without warning. However, we have high appreciation for the support personnel for whatever encounters that we did have.
