Honda Debuts E-VO Electric Cafe Racer — A Retro-Futuristic First Ride

Honda has officially taken its first step into the electric motorcycle space with the reveal of the E-VO, a neo-retro cafe racer launched under the Wuyang-Honda joint venture. While it may not be the next JDM icon, it’s a bold and stylish debut for Honda in this growing segment.

E-VO

The E-VO is powered by a 6.2 kWh battery setup split into three removable units, delivering a continuous 11hp with a peak of 21.5hp and a top speed of 120 kmph. It boasts a 7-inch TFT display, integrated navigation, and front and rear cameras for added safety and connectivity. The lightweight build and accessible 765mm seat height make it approachable for a wide range of riders.

Design-wise, the E-VO blends a vintage cafe racer aesthetic with futuristic minimalism, featuring a round headlamp, bar-end mirrors, and a sleek, dual-tone body. The bike is expected to launch with more striking colour options soon, marking an exciting new chapter for Honda.
