Honda 0 Series to Include a Sub-$30K EV, Possibly Launching in 2025

Honda is expanding its 0 Series lineup with an affordable small EV, reportedly priced under $30,000 (€27,000). This follows the unveiling of the 0 Saloon and 0 SUV concepts at CES 2024, showcasing Honda’s vision for an electrified future.

According to a new report, this budget-friendly EV could be the first model in the series to launch, potentially arriving as early as 2025. While rumors suggest a North American release, a Honda spokesperson clarified that no final decision has been made.

Honda 0 Series

Honda has been slow to enter the EV market, but this new model could help the automaker gain traction, especially in the growing affordable EV segment. With increasing competition from brands like Tesla, Hyundai, and Volkswagen, Honda’s entry into the sub-$30K EV market could be a game-changer.

More details on specifications, range, and availability are expected in the coming months.
