Dodge Charger Daytona Sedan: A Four-Door Electric Muscle Car Arrives

Dodge is officially expanding its electric muscle lineup with a new four-door Charger Daytona sedan, launching for the 2026 model year. This marks a bold step for the iconic nameplate a plug-in muscle car with a second pair of doors. Though more practical, Dodge insists it retains its high-performance DNA.

The new sedan mirrors its coupe sibling in design, featuring the same aggressive face, sloping roofline, and a handy rear liftgate. Interior space remains unchanged, offering decent rear legroom and over 1,059 liters of cargo space with the seats down. The extra pair of doors adds just 23 kg over the coupe.

Under the hood or rather, under the floor is a dual-motor, AWD setup delivering 630 hp via a 100.5 kWh battery pack. Engage the “PowerShot” boost for an extra 40 hp, catapulting it to 670 hp and 850 Nm of torque. Expect 0-97 km/h in 3.3 seconds and a range of 388 km. Tech upgrades and safety features round out the package.
