BMW is preparing to launch two exciting electric concept cars—the Neue Klasse and Neue Klasse X. The Neue Klasse is expected to be a saloon car, roughly the size of the 3-Series, while the Neue Klasse X will take the form of a larger SUV. These models represent the brand’s biggest investment in its history, aiming to redefine BMW for an all-electric future.
Both cars will feature a fast-charging 800-volt electrical system and offer three battery size options: 75, 90, and 105 kWh. BMW promises that these vehicles will boast a cleaner, simpler design compared to some of their current models. Production of the Neue Klasse family is slated to begin in 2025, and with these cars, BMW aims to lead the charge in electric mobility, combining performance, style, and sustainability in a way that will appeal to eco-conscious driving enthusiasts.
