Apple Intelligence Expands with iOS 18.4: New Features & Language Support

Apple has confirmed that iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4 will launch in early April, bringing the next wave of Apple Intelligence features. This update will expand AI-powered functionality to new languages, including Chinese (Simplified), English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish.

One of the most anticipated features was an upgraded Siri with improved contextual awareness and deeper app integration. However, reports suggest the Siri overhaul might be delayed again, leaving uncertainty about what AI advancements will arrive with iOS 18.4.

Apple is expected to roll out the first beta of iOS 18.4 as early as next week, offering a glimpse of the final features. The company has previously teased enhanced AI capabilities for Siri, including personal context awareness, cross-app functionality, and on-screen intelligence similar to Google’s Circle to Search.
