Samsung has officially confirmed its Galaxy Unpacked event for May 12 at 8 PM ET, where the Galaxy S25 Edge will finally debut. Billed as both “a powerful AI companion and an engineering marvel,” this sleek device has been the subject of multiple leaks, most of which now appear validated.

The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to sport a 6.7-inch QHD AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, paired with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. Its highlight is a 200MP wide camera lens, confirmed by Samsung, while leaks suggest a 3,900mAh battery and IP68 water resistance.

Samsung is offering a $50 Samsung Credit to US customers who reserve the S25 Edge before launch with no obligation to buy. Pricing details remain unconfirmed, but leaks hint at a starting price between $1,200–$1,340 USD. The livestream will be available via Samsung’s Newsroom, official website, and YouTube.
