The upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset has surfaced in a new AnTuTu benchmark leak, scoring an impressive 3.8 million points. This represents a 41% performance boost over its predecessor, the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which currently powers the iQOO 13 and tops AnTuTu charts with 2.69 million points.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 is expected to debut in October 2025 and will feature Qualcomm’s second-gen Oryon CPU. Built on TSMC’s 3nm process, the Elite 2 will sport a 2+6 core configuration two Prime cores and six Performance cores, delivering major efficiency and speed improvements. Additionally, it will pack the new Adreno 840 GPU, which promises enhanced gaming and AI processing.

While benchmark scores don’t tell the full story, this leak suggests that the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 will offer a substantial upgrade in power and efficiency, positioning it as a serious contender for next-gen flagship smartphones.
