Apple Set to Launch M5 iPad Pro in 2025 with Enhanced Performance

Apple is gearing up for the release of its next-generation iPad Pro, expected to launch in the second half of 2025. The device will be powered by the new M5 chip, manufactured using TSMC’s advanced 3-nanometer process technology. According to industry analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, BYD Electronics will handle assembly for the M5 iPad Pro, as well as Apple’s upcoming display-equipped HomePod.

The M5 chip will offer a performance boost over the current M4 processor, incorporating enhanced ARM architecture and TSMC’s System on Integrated Chip (SoIC) technology. While there are no major feature updates confirmed for the new iPad Pro, rumors suggest Apple may rotate the rear Apple logo to landscape orientation. This new tablet will build on the success of the M4 iPad Pro, offering a powerful and premium tablet experience.
