Apple’s long-awaited bezel-less iPhone is facing further delays, with reports now suggesting a potential release as late as 2027. The tech giant, which has been working with Samsung Display and LG Display for years, initially aimed to launch the device in 2025 or 2026. However, current technological limitations mean even a 2026 release is now uncertain. Apple envisions a flat screen that gently curves at the edges, similar to the design of the Apple Watch. The concept, which has gained popularity among Chinese smartphone makers, aims for a smooth, distortion-free display. However, the technology to mass-produce such a screen remains elusive. As a result, Apple’s dream of a zero-bezel iPhone may not become a reality until at least 2027, leaving fans waiting for the next evolution in smartphone design.
